1848年《共产党宣言》的问世是人类思想史上的里程碑事件,对中国共产党的建设与发展产生了深远的影响。《宣言》分别从外部动力与内在动因阐述了共产党政治建设的前提条件;在政治建设的具体内涵方面,《宣言》主要围绕政治信仰、政治领导及政治能力加以论述。虽然《宣言》发表至今已有百年历史,但其中蕴含的党的政治建设思想仍永葆生机与活力,党要不断赋予马克思主义以新的时代内涵,以此有效解答当前面临的时代课题。

Manifesto of the Communist Party was officially published in 1848,which is a milestone in the history of human thought,has a profound impact on the construction and development of the Communist Party of China.Manifesto expounds the preconditions of the political construction of the Communist Party from the external and internal motivation respectively;in terms of the specific connotation of political construction,Manifesto mainly focuses on political belief,political leadership and political ability.Although Manifesto has been published for one hundred years,the party’s political construction thought contained in it still retains vitality and vigor.Therefore,the Communist Party should constantly endow Marxism with the connotation of new era,so as to effectively answer the current era issues.
