产教融合背景下应用型本科高校法学专业“双师型”教师队伍的培养与建设

Cultivation and Construction of“Double-Qualified”Teachers for the Specialty of Law Major in Application-Oriented Universities under the Background of Integrating Industry and Education

产教融合是国家在产业结构转型升级后,与应用型本科高校共同培养人才的重要举措。法学专业是一门应用性和实践性很强的专业,在人才培养模式上存在诸多困境。结合我国应用性本科高校法学专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状,在产教融合的新形势下,改革教学体系,形成法学专业“双师型”师资队伍培养的新路径。

The integration of industry and education is an important measure to co-cultivate talents with application-oriented universities after our state transforms and upgrades the industrial structure.The specialty of law is one with strong application and practicality,and there are many difficulties in the mode of talent cultivation.This paper discusses the current situation in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers for the specialty of law in application-oriented universities,and puts forward a new path for cultivating“double-qualified”teachers by reforming the teaching system under the new situation of integrating industry and education.
