摘要
2020年是我国精准扶贫工作收官之年,作为文化扶贫主体的图书馆迫切需要一个评估指标体系来评价文化精准扶贫的成效。为解决这一问题,从图书馆角度,借鉴PDCA循环理论,结合文化扶贫实际情况进行调整,以“投入-过程-效果-反馈”四个维度构建成效评估体系,运用层次分析法计算指标的重要性程度并加以讨论,以期为客观评估文化精准扶贫成效提供思路,为图书馆文化精准扶贫工作指引努力的方向。
The Year of 2020 is the end of precision poverty alleviation in China.As the main body of culture poverty alleviation,libraries urgently need an evaluation index system to evaluate the effect of culture precision poverty alleviation.In order to solve this problem,this paper will use PDCA cycle theory for reference from the perspective of the library,and adjust it in the light of the actual situation of cultural poverty alleviation,and construct the effectiveness evaluation system with four dimensions of"input-process-effect-feedback",this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate and discuss the importance of the index,in order to provide an idea for objectively evaluating the effect of culture-targeted poverty alleviation,and to guide the direction of library's culture-targeted poverty alleviation.
