Comparison and Enlightenment of Emergency Information Service in Chinese and Foreign Public Libraries

面对突发事件,公共图书馆应发挥着举足轻重的应急信息服务作用。在对国内外公共图书馆网站应急信息服务案例调研的基础上,探讨中外公共图书馆针对疫情防控提供的信息服务侧重点并展开对比分析,剖析其中的共性和个性。鉴于应急信息服务的特点和表现,以期为我国公共图书馆在开展应急信息服务工作时的情报服务、资源储备、技术开发、人才培养、管理机制等方面提供应对策略。

Facing diversified emergencies,public libraries should play a pivotal role in information service.Based on the cases study of emergency information services of public library websites in China and abroad,this paper discusses the focus of information services provided by public libraries in China and abroad for epidemic control and conducted comparative analysis to reveal the commonalities and differences.Based on the characteristics and performance of emergency information services,In order to provide the response strategies for the public libraries to carry out emergency information services,such as information service,resource reserve,technology development,personnel training,management mechanism and so on.
