摘要
随着社会的发展,企业面对日益复杂的内外部环境,人才的竞争变得愈发激烈,提高员工满意度成为企业增加竞争力的重要途径。本研究采用问卷的形式调查了中国东部、中部、西部15家公司的358名员工,对企业实施变革型领导以及心理授权对员工工作满意度的影响进行实证研究。研究结果表明:变革型领导和心理授权与员工工作满意度呈正相关,且心理授权是部分中介;工作嵌入在心理授权影响员工工作满意度的过程中起到中介的作用。
With the development of the society,enterprises are facing increasingly complex internal and external environment.The competition for talents has become fiercer,and improving employee satisfaction has become an important way for enterprises to increase their competitiveness.358 employees of 15 companies in eastern,central and western China are surveyed in the form of questionnaires,and an empirical study is conducted on the impact of transformational leadership and psychological empowerment on employees′job satisfaction.The research results show that:transformational leadership and psychological empowerment are positively correlated with employees′job satisfaction,and psychological empowerment is a partial intermediary;job embedding plays an intermediary role in the process of psychological empowerment affecting employees′job satisfaction.
