摘要
汉代酿酒技术的成熟和酒类品种的增多,促进了酒在汉代的普遍流行,上至帝王君臣的礼仪欢宴下至百姓日常的生活饮食,都有酒的佐饮参与。作为汉代文学状流的汉赋中也呈现了汉代多式各样的酒酿种类和流行畅饮的繁盛酒风,记录了酒作为汉代民俗礼祀中的重要参与因素。汉赋中的“酒”意象浸润丰富了两汉不同赋家的文笔,寄蕴了赋家饱于文义又借酒抒怀的多重思想情志,也以酒礼之克制与酒饮之欢愉浸润了汉代丰富多维的文化精神,汉赋之“酒”逐渐独立为更加鲜明内蕴的文化意象,从与汉代生活文化的紧密联系而逐渐过渡成为魏晋文人重要的思想寄寓和诗文表达的重要文化意象。
The maturity of wine-making technology and the increase of wine categories promoted the widespread popularity of wine in the Han Dynasty.It was an important auxiliary factor no matter it was the ritual banquets of emperors and ministers or the daily life of ordinary people.As the literary form of the Han Dynasty,Han Fu describeda wide variety of sweet ferment rice and aflourishing style of drinking and recorded wine as an important factor in the Han Dynasty folk rituals.The image of"wine"in Han Fu enriched different writing styles of masters in Western and Eastern Han Dynasties,contained the rich and multiple thoughts and emotions of masters of Han Fu which were full of the pleasure of literature and meaning expressed through the wine.The restraint of drinking out of wineetiquette and the joy of drinking infiltrated the rich and multidimensional cultural spirit of the Han Dynasty.The wine in Han Fu gradually became a more independent and distinct cultural image.From the close connection with the life and culture of the Han Dynasty,it gradually became the important thoughts and cultural images of the literati in Wei and Jin Dynasties.
