摘要 为应对实时、复杂变化的大电网运行环境,提升电网智能化调控水平,提出了电网调控大数据动态预警平台架构和建设目标原则。在此基础上,研究了电网运行状态预警体系、适应调控运行业务的大数据汇集处理与服务等关键技术,实现免模型维护的电网实时数据汇总、监测及预警。开发的大数据动态预警平台在吉林电网试点应用,结果表明该平台可以提供全面、实时、准确的电网运行状态监视预警,有效降低调控人员工作强度,显著提升电网智能调控水平。 In order to cope with the real-time,complex and changing operation environment of large power grid and improve the level of intelligent regulation and control of power grid,this paper proposes the framework and construction target principle of dynamic early warning platform for power grid regulation and control big data.On this basis,it studies the key technologies of power grid operation state early warning system,big data collection,processing and service to adapt to regulation and operation business,so as to realize real-time data collection,monitoring and early warning without model maintenance.The developed big data dynamic early warning platform is applied in Jilin Power Grid pilot.The results show that the platform can provide comprehensive,real-time and accurate power grid operation status monitoring and early warning,effectively reduce the work intensity of regulatory personnel,and significantly improve the level of power grid intelligent regulation.
