摘要
针对风电“T”型接人配电网后.原配电网中的继电保护装置会产生误动或拒动问题,首先分析风电“T”型接入对配电网原有继电保护方案的影响,根据其输出特性对纵联保护差动电流整定值进行改进.然后增添基于正序电压幅值的判别依据,再增设正序电压、电流的相角判别依据消除原方案拒动问题,进而形成一种适用于各故障位置、故障类型的继电保护方案,最后通过含风电接入的110 kV配电网对所提改进继电保护方案进行仿真,并与配电网原保护方案的动作结果比较,验证所提方案提高了风电“T”型接人的配电网继电保护的准确性和可靠性。
The problem of misoperation and refusal of original relay protection configuration will be studied when wind power is"T"type connected to distribution network.Firstly,the influence of wind power"T"connection on the original relay protection scheme of distribution network is analyzed.According to its output characteristics*the differential current setting value of pilot protection is improved.7 hen.the discrimination basis based on the amplitude of positive sequence voltage is added,and the"no action"problem of the original scheme is eliminated by the phase angle discrimination basis of positive sequence voltage and current,thu.s forming a kind of fault location and fault Type of relay protection scheme.Finally,through the 110 kV distribution network with wind power access,the proposed improved relay protection scheme is simulated,and compared with the protection results of the original protection scheme of the distribution network to verify the accuracy and relialiility of the proposed scheme for the distribution network with wind power"T"connection.
