摘要 针对发电机-变压器组(以下简称发-变组)同期系统回路存在问题,违反能源局2014年《防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求》(以下简称“二十五项反措要求”),通过对4座电厂发-变组同期系统回路的比较,提出了发-变组同期系统回路优化方法:将同期装置与同期鉴定闭锁继电器的交流电压回路采用不同组的待并侧电压和系统侧电压;将待并侧电压(A632\B632)和系统侧电压(A720′、B720′)的同期系统采用同期鉴定闭锁继电器、微机多功能同步表直接接人,待并侧电压(C613′、B6130′)、系统侧电压(Sc720′、N720′)的同期系统都可以直接接入,保证了发-变组同期系统回路的可靠性,消除了发电机非同期并网的可能性,对“二十五项反措要求”提出“同期装置与同期鉴定闭锁继电器的交流电压回路应采用不同组的待并侧电压和系统侧电压,同期鉴定闭锁继电器接人另一组待并侧电压和系统侧电压”的修订建议。 Aiming at the problems existing in the synchronous system circuit of generator transformer unit,it violates the 25 Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Power Production issued by the Energy Bureau in 2014.Based on the comparison of synchronous system circuits of generator transformer units in four power plants,the optimization method of synchronous system circuits of generator transformer units is proposed.The AC voltage circuit of synchronous device and synchronous identification locking relay adopts different groups of voltage at the side to be paralleled and system side;the synchronous system of voltage at the side to be paralleled and system side is directly connected with synchronous identification locking relay and microcomputer multifunction synchronous meter,and the synchronous syslem of voltage at the side to be paralleled and system side can be directly connected.It ensures the reliability of generator transformer unit and eliminates the po.ssibility of asynchronous grid connection of generator.According to the twenty five counter measure requirements",it is suggested that"the AC voltage circuit of synchronous device and synchronous identification blocking relay should adopt different groups of parallel side voltage and system side voltage,and the synchronous identification blocking relay should be connected with another group of parallel side voltage and system side voltage".
