摘要
文章以国家政策为导向,设计高职教师培训调查问卷,选取江苏省6所高校的部分老师作为调查对象开展高职教师培训现状调研,通过分析调研结果找出培训存在的共性问题,提出了培训需求分析、优化创新培训模式以及构建培训效果评估体系等策略,为改善高职教师培训现状提供参考。
Guided by the national policy,this paper designs the questionnaire of higher vocational teacher training,selects some teachers from six universities in Jiangsu Province as the survey objects,carries out the research on the current situation of vocational college teacher training,finds out the common problems existing in the training through the analysis of the research results,and puts forward some strategies,such as training demand analysis,optimization and innovation of training mode,and construction of training effect evaluation system,in order to improve the quality of higher vocational education.
