智能时代背景下企业财务人员转型研究

Research on Transformation of Corporate Financial Personnel under the Background of Intelligent Age

大数据、云计算等科学技术的发展,企业财务管理面临时代转型。智能时代背景下财务机器人的发展使简单的会计核算、会计基础工作将被淘汰。为了更好地适应社会技术发展,财务人员的职业转型与规划尤为重要。文章通过对智能时代财务人员转型的相关文献进行研究,选取290位财务从业人员进行问卷调查分析,从财务人员年龄、性别、学历、工作年限、培训时间以及财务人员转型意识出发,分析普通财务人员、技术型财务人员以及管理型财务人员在智能时代背景下的转型方向,提出财务人员转型建议。

With the development of science and technology such as big data and cloud computing,enterprise financial management is facing the transformation of the times.With the development of financial robot in the intelligent era,the simple accounting and basic work of accounting will be eliminated.In order to better adapt to the development of social competition,the career transformation and planning of financial personnel is especially important.Based on the research of the relevant literature on the transformation of financial personnel in the context of the intelligent age,290 financial personnel were selected for questionnaire analysis,from the financial staff age,gender,education,years of work,training time and financial staff awareness of transition.This paper analyzes the transformation direction of the common financial personnel,the technical financial personnel and the management financial personnel under the background of the intelligent age,and advances some suggestions on the transformation of the financial personnel.
