摘要
中国、日本、美国的医疗科技发展在很大程度上得益于其教育培养体系,口腔医学专业人才培养不仅要满足社会公共医疗需求,同时还需满足科技强国的战略需求。本文通过比较中、日、美之间高等口腔医学教育模式及课程异同,结合笔者的学习工作经历,介绍中、日、美有代表的口腔(牙)医学院在培养人才科研能力上采取的措施,以期为我国口腔医学人才培养模式改革与学科发展提供新的思路。
Medical advances in dental care are direct results of the education system that provides academic training in dentistry.Dental education curriculum should be tailored to the strategic interests of a nation in addition to their public health needs.China,Japan,and the US,the three largest economies in the world,vary greatly in dental education systems.With a focus on the different approaches to prepare dental students in academic careers,we reviewed and compared the dental education systems in China,Japan and the US.
