体检人群腹内脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积与动脉硬化的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨体检人群腹内脂肪面积(VFA)、皮下脂肪面积(SFA)与动脉硬化的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年9月本院体检人群,检测各项生化指标,用动脉硬化检测仪测定双侧肢体臂-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),定量CT(QCT)测定腹部脂肪面积(FA)、VFA,计算SFA。按baPWV结果进行分组,设定baPWV<1400cm/s为非动脉硬化组,baPWV≥1400cm/s为动脉硬化组。结果:动脉硬化组VFA、SFA显著高于非动脉硬化组(P<0.05),同时动脉硬化组年龄、体质指数、血压、空腹血糖、血脂也显著高于非动脉硬化组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,以上指标均与baPWV呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析在校正了年龄、体质指数、血压、血糖、血脂等混杂因素后,VFA、SFA是baPWV增快的独立危险因素。结论:腹内脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积与baPWV呈显著正相关,是baPWV增快的独立危险因素,可作为预测动脉硬化程度的有效指标。
