Integrating Eco-Environmental Information Systems to Promote Intelligence Level of the Governance

持续深化政务信息系统整合,建设生态环境大信息系统,提升跨部门协同治理能力是“十四五”期间生态环境信息化工作的重要任务。上海市环境保护信息中心以核心业务为主线、以数据融合为核心、以资源协同为支撑,对政务信息系统进行归并整合,梳理数据资源,统一标准规范,健全数据治理体系,推动数据高效共享;采用微服务架构进行信息系统改造,通过共享服务构建协同治理大系统,逐步推进生态环境治理智慧化。

It is an important task for the ecological environment informatisation during the 14th Five Year Plan period to continuously deepening the integration of governmental information systems,constructing a big information system for eco-environment and improving the ability of trans-departmental collaborative governance.With core activity as the main line,data bonding as the kernel and resource synergy as the support,Shanghai Environmental Information Centre merges and integrates the governmental information systems,organise the data resources,unifies the standards and specifications,improves the data governance system,and promotes the efficient data sharing.By using the microservice platform to reform the information system and through sharing services to construct a big synergistic governance system,the intelligence of ecological environment governance could be gradually advanced.
