摘要
在中温固化条件下,以不同晶型的Al_(2)O_(3)作为固化剂,与磷酸二氢铝树脂固化制备磷酸盐胶粘剂。测试了胶粘剂的剪切强度和耐热性,分析了不同晶型Al_(2)O_(3)及其用量对胶粘剂性能的影响,采用DSC、XRD、SEM等手段表征了胶粘剂的固化温度、物相、化学结构、微观形貌以及颗粒分布等。研究结果表明:α-Al_(2)O_(3)作为固化剂得到的磷酸盐胶粘剂性能较佳;当α-Al_(2)O_(3)质量为60份时,胶粘剂的剪切强度较高,达到3.65 MPa。经过分析,α-Al_(2)O_(3)属于六方晶系,具有孔道结构且孔径尺寸更大,与磷酸二氢铝树脂固化更易形成磷酸铝产物,且粘接界面更为致密。因此,黏合剂的剪切强度和耐热性得到了显著提高。
Under moderate temperature curing condition,phosphate adhesive was prepared by curing aluminum dihydrogen phosphate resin with different crystal forms of Al_(2)O_(3) as curing agent. The shear strength and heat resistance of the adhesive were tested,and the effects of different crystal forms of Al_(2)O_(3) and their amounts on the properties of the adhesive were analyzed. The curing temperature,phase,chemical structure,micro-morphology and particle distribution of the adhesive were characterized by DSC,XRD and SEM. The research results showed that the phosphate adhesive prepared by α-Al_(2)O_(3) as curing agent had relatively good performance. When the amount of α-Al_(2)O_(3) was 60 parts,the shear strength of the adhesive was relatively higher,which reached 3.65 MPa.After analysis,α-Al_(2)O_(3) belonged to hexagonal crystal system and had pore structure with larger pore size. It was easier to form aluminum phosphate products when cured with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate resin,and the bonding interface was more compact. Therefore,the shear strength and heat resistance of the adhesive were significantly improved.
