摘要
通过混合一定比例的液体聚硫橡胶与固化剂,制备非下垂型双组分聚硫密封胶。研究了不同环境温度、湿度条件对活性期与不黏期、标准硫化期、粘接强度、拉伸模量与粘接破坏面积等长期粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明:随环境温度或湿度的提高,活性期与不黏期时间缩短,硫化速率加快;环境温度越高,硫化期越短,过高过低湿度均会导致标准硫化期变长;当环境温度为30℃时,强度达到最高,低温低湿与高温高湿的情况下,粘接强度相对较低;浸水处理对非下垂型双组分聚硫密封胶拉伸模量与粘接破坏面积影响较小,冻融处理其次,冷冻处理影响最小。
Non-sagging two-component polysulfide sealant was prepared by mixing a certain proportion of liquid polysulfide rubber and curing agent. The effects of different environmental temperature and humidity conditions on the long term bonding properties were studied,such as the active period and non-stick period,standard vulcanization period,bonding strength,tensile modulus and bonding failure area. The research results showed that with the increase of environmental temperature or humidity,the active period and non-stick period shortened,and the vulcanization rate increased. The higher the environmental temperature,the shorter the vulcanization period. Too high or low humidity would lead to longer standard vulcanization period. When the environmental temperature was 30 ℃,the strength reached the highest,and the bonding strength was relatively low under the conditions of low temperature,low humidity,high temperature and high humidity. The water immersion treatment had little effects on tensile modulus and bonding failure area of non-sagging two-component polysulfide sealant,followed by the freeze-thaw treatment,and the freezing treatment had the least effect.
