摘要
以环氧树脂(E-51)作为建筑结构胶的粘接主剂,添加2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚促进剂、高活性酚醛胺固化剂(T-31)和低活性聚酰胺树脂(PA)复合固化剂、偶联剂(KH-560)以及气相白炭黑、水泥、超细石英砂、石棉纤维填料等辅料,制备了环氧树脂建筑结构胶。通过改变各辅料的掺量,测试不同辅料掺量下所制备出建筑结构胶的适用期与流淌性能。研究结果表明:当m(E-51)∶m(PA)∶m(T-31)∶m(促进剂)∶m(KH-560)∶m(气相白炭黑)∶m(水泥)∶m(超细石英砂)∶m(石棉纤维)=100∶44∶14∶0.2∶3.2∶3.5∶22∶67∶17时,所制备出的建筑结构胶适用期可达到77 min以上,且垂直涂抹不存在流淌现象,具有较高的缓凝性能,可满足GB 50728—2011标准中的指标需求与高温环境下的施工需求。
Epoxy resin building structural adhesive was prepared by using epoxy resin(E-51)as the main bonding agent of building structural adhesive,and adding 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol accelerator,high activity phenolic amine curing agent(T-31)and low activity polyamide resin(PA)composite curing agent,coupling agent(KH-560)as well as fumed silica,cement,ultrafine quartz sand,asbestos fiber filler and other auxiliary materials. By changing the content of each auxiliary material,the pot life and flowing performance of building structural adhesive prepared under different contents of auxiliary materials were tested. The research results showed that when m(E-51)∶m(PA)∶m(T-31)∶m(accelerator)∶m(KH-560)∶m(fumed silica)∶m(cement)∶m(ultrafine quartz sand)∶m(asbestos fiber)=100∶44∶14∶0.2∶3.2∶3.5∶22∶67∶17,the pot life of the prepared building structural adhesive could reach more than 77 min,and there was no flowing phenomenon in vertical application,which had relatively high retardation performance,and could meet the index requirements in the GB 50728—2011 standard and the construction requirements under high temperature environment.
