摘要
针对杀菌防腐剂品种繁多,且往往使用不当造成荧光增白浆液仍然发生腐败变质的问题,采用微生物技术,以腐败变质的荧光增白浆液作污染菌源(含菌量达3.58×10^(9)CFU/mL),对19个品种、每个品种3个含量进行控制特定菌群生长繁殖能力的实验。结果表明,在1个月的时间内从19种杀菌防腐剂中筛选出3种适合荧光增白浆液使用的杀菌防腐剂。经过7个月1258批次生产实际使用验证,产品100%无豆腐脑状沉淀、100%不发臭、100%无细菌生长繁殖,生产设施100%没有检测到细菌生长繁殖现象。该筛选方法实用性强、结果可靠、效率高、效果显著,为正确选用荧光增白浆液杀菌防腐剂提供了有效的解决方法。
In order to solve the problem of spoilage of fluorescent whitening slurry caused by the variety of sterilization preservatives and improper use,microbial technology was used to control the growth and reproduction ability of specific bacteria in 19 varieties and 3 contents of each variety by using the spoilage fluorescent whitening slurry as the source of pollution bacteria(bacteria content is about 3.58×10^(9 )CFU/mL).The results showed that three fungicides suitable for fluorescent whitening slurry were screened out from 19 fungicides within one month.After 7 months of 1258 batches of production verification,100%of the products had no precipitation,100%had no odor,100%had no bacterial growth and reproduction and 100%of the production facilities had no bacterial growth and reproduction.This screening method has strong practicability,reliable results,high efficiency and significant effect,which provides an effective solution for the correct selection of fluorescent whitening slurry sterilization and preservative.
