摘要
分析了1 Mt/a甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸生产装置存在的问题,包括合成系统换热效果差、反应釜机械搅拌晚发生故障和高速泵运行性能低等。通过开展自主技术创新,提出了新型合成换热技术、反应釜新型流体搅拌技术、高速泵国产化应用技术等多项关键技术。实际使用后,取得较好效果,填补了国内空白,可为业内提供参考。
The production process of 1 Mt/a of low pressure carbonylation to acetic acid was studied in depth,Starting from the production process,Through the independent technological innovation and the implementation of technological upgrading and transformation,the company has realized many advantages such as the optimization and improvement of the capacity of the device,the reduction of consumption and the improvement of product quality.The new synthetic heat transfer technology,the new fluid stirring technology of the reaction kettle,the domestic application technology of high-speed pump and other key technologies put forward in this paper have filled the blank in our country,It can provide some reference for acetic acid industry.
