参苓白术散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Efficacy of Shenling Baizhu San on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的:探讨参苓白术散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年3月-2019年4月腹泻型肠易激综合征患者102例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各51例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参苓白术散治疗,疗程为4周。比较两组的总有效率、肠易激综合征症状严重程度量表(Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Symptom Severity Scale,IBS-SSS)、肠易激综合征生活质量评分(Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Quality of Life,IBSQOL)、中医证候积分、临床症状评分、C反应蛋白(C-reaction Protein,CRP)。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,对照组和治疗组的IBS-SSS、中医证候积分、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻症状评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,IBS-QOL均较治疗前升高,且治疗组高于对照组;与各组治疗前比较,两组CRP均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,IBS-QOL均较治疗前升高,且治疗组低于对照组。结论:参苓白术散治疗肠易激综合征可以提高临床疗效,改善症状和生活质量。

Objective:To study the effects of Shenqi Baizhu San(参苓白术散)in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:102 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome from March 2016 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate and Bifidobacterium triple live capsules.The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,IBS symptom scale,IBS quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom score,C-reaction protein were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group,IBS-SSS,TCM syndrome score,abdominal pain,bloating,diarrhea symptoms in the control group and the treatment group.The scores were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The IBS-QOL was higher than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.CRP of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The IBS-QOL was higher than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.Conclusion:The Shenling Baizhu powder can improve the clinical efficacy,improve symptoms and quality of life by treating irritable bowel syndrome.
