中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤对腰椎间盘突出的治疗作用研究

Efficacy of the TCM Gushang manipulation and the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:研究在治疗腰椎间盘突出疾病中应用中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤的临床效果。方法:对78例腰椎间盘突出患者进行研究,按照患者入院先后顺序分组,每组均39例患者。对比组患者使用独活寄生汤治疗,研究组患者应用中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后改良日本骨科协会腰痛评分(Modify Japanese Orthopedic Association Low Back Pain Score,M-JOA)评分及视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、血清指标;对比两组患者治疗后症状缓解时间、症状消失时间;对比两组患者最终治疗后有效率。结果:研究组患者治疗后M-JOA评分及VAS评分均好于对比组,P<0.05;研究组患者治疗后血清指标明显好于对比组,P<0.05;研究组患者最终治疗有效率明显高于对比组患者,P<0.05;研究组治疗后症状缓解时间、症状消失时间均短于对比组,P<0.05。结论:在治疗腰椎间盘突出疾病中应用中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤的临床效果显著,患者临床症状缓解和消失时间较短,且治疗后M-JOA评分及VAS评分得到显著提升,故值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the TCM Gushang manipulation(中医骨伤手法)with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:78 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,while the study group was treated with the TCM Gushang manipulation with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The M-JOA score,VAS score and serum indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the symptom relief time and symptom disappearance time in the two groups after treatment were compared,the effective rate in the two groups after final treatment was compared.Results:The M-JOA score and VAS score in the study group after treatment were better than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance differences.The serum indexes in the study group after treatment were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance differences.The final effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,with a statistical significance differences.The symptom relief time and symptom relief time in the study group after treatment were significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance differences.The loss of time was shorter than the control group,P<0.05,there was statistical significance differences.Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the clinical effect of the TCM Gushang manipulation with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction is significant,the time of clinical symptoms remission and disappearance is short,and the M-JOA score and VAS score are significantly improved after treatment,so it is worthy of clinical reference.
