白虎汤联合增液汤以及吡格列酮片治疗热盛阴虚型2型糖尿病疗效分析

Efficacy of the Baihu decoction plus the Zengye decoction and pioglitazone tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Resheng Yinxu type

目的:评价应用白虎汤联合增液汤以及吡格列酮片治疗热盛阴虚型2型糖尿病患者的效果和安全性。方法:以崇州市人民医院中医科2018年1月-2019年12月之间收治的中医辨证为热盛阴虚型2型糖尿病患者108例为研究对象,随机将患者分配到观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组患者单纯使用吡格列酮片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用白虎汤合增液汤。治疗持续12周,治疗结束后评价两组患者的血糖情况、血脂情况和中医证候积分。结果:两组患者的血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标治疗后的差异均无统计学意义,但观察组血清总胆固醇和三酰甘油两个指标治疗后改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。治疗后两组中医证候积分均降低,但观察组的中医证候的改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率差别无统计学意义。结论:针对热盛阴虚型糖尿病患者,在西医治疗的基础上辨证使用白虎汤合增液汤治疗不仅可以降低血糖和血脂,也可以降低患者的中医证候积分,改善生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Baihu decoction(白虎汤)plus the Zengye decoction(增液汤)and pioglitazone tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Resheng Yinxu type(热盛阴虚型).Methods:108 cases were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,54 cases in each.The control group was treated with pioglitazone tablets,and the observation group was given the Baihu decoction and Zengye decoction more.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin after treatment.After treatment,the improvement of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were better than the control group,with statistically significant differences.The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in both groups were decreased,and the improvement in the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups after treatment.Conclusion:The Western medicine plus the Baihu decoction and the Zengye decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus of the Resheng Yinxu type can not only reduce blood glucose and blood lipids,but also reduce the patients’TCM symptom scores and improve life quality of patients.
