摘要
目的:研究不同产地飞龙掌血根中白屈菜红碱的含量,为控制飞龙掌血根药材的质量提供理论依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定飞龙掌血根中白屈菜红碱含量。色谱柱:Waters Xbridge C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1%三乙胺(磷酸调pH值至3)(28∶72),柱温30℃,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:269 nm。结果:高效液相色谱测定白屈菜红碱对照品在0.0598276~0.598276μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.42%,RSD=1.63%(n=6);结论:本研究方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于飞龙掌血根质量控制。
Objective To study the content of chelerythrine in Sanguisorba asiatica from different producing areas,and to provide theoretical basis for the quality control of Radix Scutellariae.Methods The content of chelerythrine was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was waters XBridge C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%triethylamine(adjusted to pH 3 by phosphoric acid)(28∶72);the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 269 nm.Results The linear range of chelerythrine was 0.0598276~0.598276μg by HPLC(r=1.0000),the average recovery was 99.42%,RSD=1.63%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of feilongzhang blood.
