中医五音疗法的临床研究概况

Progress in Clinical Research of Pentatonic Therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine

“五音”取自于传统音乐的五声音调,属于传统中国音乐的旁支。中医五音疗法是以阴阳五行学说为主要理论支撑,脏腑学说为媒介,通过宫、商、角、徵、羽不同调式的乐曲干预疾病,以乐曲的节奏、旋律、速度、响度、协调度等调整机体宣导气血达到机体稳态的一种中医干预手段。现以基本理论和实际临床的视角出发,对中医五音疗法的科学研究和临床应用进行探讨概述。

“pentatonic”,derived from the pentatonic tones of traditional ch-inese music,is a subsidiary branch of Traditional Chinese Music.the TCM five-tone therapy is a TCM intervention method that treat the therapy of yin and yang and elements as the main theoretical support and the theory of zang-fu organs as the medium.It intervenes diseases through music with different modes of gong,shang,jiao,zhi and yu.and adjusts the body to promote qi and blood to achieve the homeostatic state with the rhythm,melody,speed,volume and coordination of the music.This article starts with perspective of basic therapy and practical clinical,the scientific research and clinical application of TCM five-tone therapy are discussed and summarized.
