从“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”论治痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征

Treatment of phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome from“Patients with retained phlegm should be treated with warm Chinese medicine”

多囊卵巢综合征是一种常见的妇科疾病,其中痰湿型较为多见。痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征以痰饮为主要病理因素,导致内分泌失调和生殖障碍。分析痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的中医病因病机,结合苓桂术甘汤的方证特点,与张仲景在《金匮要略》中提出的“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”的痰饮治疗大法相契合。从理论阐述治疗机理,提出苓桂术甘汤加味治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征有显著的临床疗效。附验案一则。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological disease,among which phlegm-dampness type is more common.Polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness type is characterized by phlegm drinking,which leads to endocrine and reproductive disorders.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,and combines the syndrome characteristics of Linggui Zhugan Decoction,which is in line with the treatment of phlegm decoction proposed by Zhang Zhongjing in Jingui Yaolue.Based on the theory of the treatment mechanism,it is suggested that Linggui Zhugan Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome.One case is attached.
