摘要
1例超高危动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病患者对阿司匹林、替格瑞洛均不耐受,氯吡格雷抗栓效果不佳,临床药师参与其抗栓及降脂方案优化,患者用药期间未见出血或其他不良反应。
A very high-risk atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease patient was intolerant to both aspirin and ticagrelor and the effect of clopidogrel was bad.Clinical pharmacist carried out pharmaceutical care and optimized the antithrombotic and hypolipidemic treatment.There was no bleeding,other adverse reactions or any cardiovascular event during the medication.
