仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗绝经后女性骨质疏松症的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xianling Gubao Capsule in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Women with Osteoporosis

目的探究仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗绝经后女性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法将68例绝经后女性骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组予口服碳酸钙D3常规治疗;观察组予口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。治疗1个月,对比2组的临床疗效、骨密度、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)及不良反应。结果2组中观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)的血清代谢指标对比存在差异(P<0.05);观察组腰椎、股骨颈的骨密度和对照组比较要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中2组中观察组恶心呕吐、心悸、皮疹不良反应发生率和对照组比较要低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对该疾病患者实施此治疗方式具有良好效果。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods:68 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,34 cases per group.The control group was given a conventional treatment of oral calcium carbonate D3 and the observation group was given oral Xianling Gubao Capsule.After one-month treatment,the clinical effect,bone mineral density,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There are differences in the comparison of the serum metabolism indicators of ALP,Ca and P between the two groups(P<0.05).The bone density of the lumbar spine and femoral neck of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting,palpitations and rash adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianling Gubao Capsule has a good effect in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.
