智慧高速决策支持平台及运行协同管理研究

Research on Smart High Speed Decision Support Platform and Operation Collaboration Managemen

现分析浙江、江苏、上海的智慧公路目标和内容,提出了省(市)级智慧高速决策支持系统框架,研究了决策支持平台的交通状态判别、OD分析、出行特征分析、交通事件实时报警、交通事故追溯、交通拥堵解析、交通设施性能分析、养护方案推荐、养护作业监督与考核等应用功能,并从数据资源的角度,对高速公路的基础设施数据、动态交通流数据、事故数据等进行了分类研究,提出了统一管理、资源共享、安全共治的协同机制,对于智慧高速的决策系统建设具有一定的参考意义。

This paper analyzed the objectives and contents of smart highway in Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shanghai,put forward the decision support system framework of Shanghai smart highway,and studied the traffic state discrimination,OD analysis,travel characteristics analysis,real-time traffic incident alarm,traffic accident tracing,traffic congestion analysis,traffic facility performance analysis,maintenance scheme recommendation and maintenance supervision of the decision support platform from the perspective of data resources.This paper classified the infrastructure data,dynamic traffic flow data and accident data of expressway,and put forward the collaborative mechanism of unified management,resource sharing and safety co-governance,which had certain reference significance for the construction of decision-making system of intelligent expressway.
