摘要
采用马歇尔方法设计骨架密实结构的小粒径沥青混合料。基于室内车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验、摩擦因数试验、构造深度试验、渗水系数试验,评价3种小粒径沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、水稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、抗滑性能和透水性能。试验结果表明:骨架密实结构的小粒径沥青混合料具有很好的高温稳定性能、水稳定性能、低温抗裂性能和抗滑性能,且密实不透水。采用软化点大于75℃,PG高温分级大于76的沥青制备的沥青混合料的动稳定度大于4000次/mm。抗滑性能和透水性能与级配组成有关,与沥青关联性较差。
Marshall method was used to design the small particle asphalt mixture with dense skeleton.Based on the rutting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,low temperature bending test,friction coefficient test,structural depth test,and water permeability test,the high-temperature stability performance,water stability performance,low temperature crack resistance,anti-slip performance and water permeability of the three small particle size asphalt mixtures were evaluated.The results showed that small particle asphalt mixture with dense skeleton structure had fair high-temperature stability,water stability,anti-slip performance,and impermeable to water.The dynamic stability of the asphalt mixture used asphalt with softening point greater than 75℃and PG high temperature classification greater than 76 was greater than 4000 times/mm.The skid resistance and water permeability were found related to the gradation composition,and the correlation with asphalt was poor.
