殷高西路交通拥堵缓解策略的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Traffic Congestion Mitigation Strategy of West Yingao Road

针对上海市宝山区殷高西路的交通拥堵问题,通过分析路段拥堵产生的原因,进行缓拥堵策略的研究,付诸实施,并对实施成果进行效果评估。通过该项目,可指导如何在城市道路资源有限的情况下,根据交通流的特征,进一步挖掘现有道路设施的潜力,统筹优化道路设施的时空资源,真正体现上海城市交通精细化管理的水平,在未来解决城市拥堵问题时,可作为很好的借鉴。

In terms of the traffic congestion problem of Yingao Rd.(W)in Baoshan District of Shanghai,according to the analysis of the reason of road section congestion,this paper studied the traffic congestion mitigation strategy,and put it into practice as well as evaluated the results.Under limited resources,this paper had certain reference significance to explore more potentialities of existing road facilities,to optimize the space-time resource of existing road facilities and plan it as a whole,according to the traffic flow features.This paper also embodied the delicate management level of Shanghai urban traffic,and could be used for reference in the future.
