摘要
针对节能装置节能效果的尺度效应问题,文章结合船模试验,借助数值分析方法进行了研究。研究结果表明:ESD通过改善船尾流场流动而起到节能增效作用,如果ESD只能产生预旋流,则模型尺度和实船尺度下的节能效果基本一致,如果ESD能够产生推力和预旋流,则实船尺度下的节能效果小于模型尺度的节能效果。
Aiming at the scale effect problem of energy saving devices(ESD), it is studied in the paper combining with the model test and using the numerical calculation method. The results show that the ESD can save energy by improving the stern flow. If the ESD only produces pre-swirl, the energy saving effect of the model scale is same to that of the full scale. If the ESD produces thrust and pre-swirl, the energy saving effect of the full scale is less than that of the model scale.
