自主水下航行器摆翼发电装置设计与仿真

摘要 针对自主水下航行器的发电系统,设计3种适用于摆翼发电装置的传动方案,并选出最佳方案。采用仿真软件STAR-CCM+对自主水下航行器在波面收集波浪能量进行仿真,获取发电系统的动力输入数据。设计换向增速齿轮箱,并采用软件ADAMS对齿轮箱进行仿真,以验证其工作原理。将波高0.5 m、波长5 m海况下的工作数据导入ADAMS中,获取动力输出数据。选择适合自主水下航行器的发电机,通过参数匹配得到发电系统的平均功率。 Aiming at the power generation system of AUV, three transmission schemes suitable for the flapping-foil generation device are designed and the optimum scheme is selected. The simulation software STAR-CCM+ is adopted to simulate the autonomous underwater vehicle collecting wave energy on the wave surface to obtain the power input data of the power generation system. The rectifying speed-increasing gearbox is designed, and the software ADAMS is used to simulate the gearbox to verify its working principle. The working data under the sea state with a wave height of 0.5 m and a wavelength of 5 m is imported into ADAMS to obtain power output data. The suitable generator is chosen and the average generation power can be obtained by parameter matching.
