摘要
阪崎克罗诺杆菌(Cronobacter sakazakii,C. sakazakii)是克罗诺杆菌属(原为阪崎肠杆菌)代表种,是婴幼儿配方奶粉中常见分离的主要致病菌。本项目利用上海海关动植物与食品检验检疫技术中心实验室保存的分离自上海口岸进境产品的49株阪崎肠杆菌,开展耐药性测试。采用法国梅里埃Vitek 2.0全自动微生物分析系统,并严格按照操作说明进行抗生素敏感性试验,建立菌种培养测试条件,以及该种致病菌的耐药性分析图谱,并与基因测序结果进行比对分析,完成49株细菌的耐药性测试,汇总分析测试结果。结果显示,49株C. sakazakii对氨曲南、亚胺培南等13种抗生素敏感,1株C. sakazakii为多重耐药菌,对头孢替坦、头孢唑啉呈抗性。
Cronobacter sakazakii(formerly named Enterobacter sakazakii) is the representative species of Cronobacter spp. which is often contaminated in infant formula. The drug resistance of 49 strains of Cronobacter sakazakii isolated from imported products at Shanghai port was tested to establish the drug resistance analysis map of the pathogenic bacteria. The French Merieux vitek 2.0 automatic microbial analysis system was used to conduct antibiotic sensitivity test in strict accordance with the operating instructions. The strain culture, test conditions and the resistance analysis map of the pathogenic bacteria were established and compared with gene sequencing results. The resistance test of 49 strains of bacteria was completed, and the test results were summarized and analyzed and compared with gene sequencing results.The results showed that 49 strain of C. sakazakii was sensitive to 13 kinds of antibiotics such as aztreonam, imipenem and so on. One strain of C. sakazakii was multi-resistant to cefotetan and cefazolin.
