经皮经肝胆道镜在肝内外胆道结石中的应用

Application of Percutaneous Transhepatic Choledochoscopy in Intrahepatic and Extrahepatic Biliary Calculi

肝内外胆道结石中是临床常见病,发病机制复杂,位置隐蔽、病变广泛,临床治疗难度相对较大。临床常规采用切开取石术治疗,但术后并发症较多,复发率较高,手术效果不理想。随着微创理念的发展,经皮经肝胆道镜取石术广泛应用,在临床取得一定的效果。本文就经皮经肝胆道镜禁忌证、适应证、临床应用效果以及应用优势作一综述,以期为肝内外胆道结石中的临床治疗提供一定的理论依据。

Intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary tract stones are common clinical diseases,with complex pathogenesis,hidden locations and extensive lesions,and clinical treatment is relatively difficult.Incision stone removal is routinely used in clinical treatment,but there are many postoperative complications,high recurrence rate,and unsatisfactory surgical results.With the development of the concept of minimally invasive,percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopy has been widely used and has achieved certain clinical results.This article summarizes the contraindications,indications,clinical application effects and application advantages of percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopy,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of intra-and extra-hepatic biliary stones.
