摘要
针对燃气轮机电液伺服系统在工作过程中可能出现的电液伺服阀功能故障和液压负载扰动问题,提出模糊PID信号补偿自适应容错控制方法——当系统输出与理想输出的误差超过阈值时,模糊PID控制器可以及时的对输入信号进行补偿,进而纠正系统的输出。以双喷嘴挡板力反馈两级电液伺服阀控制的液压缸系统为研究对象进行数学建模,在输出流量不足、输出流量过大、零偏和正弦负载扰动四种典型故障状态下仿真,验证控制器的控制效果,结果表明,受控系统在四种故障下均实现了容错,输出以极小的误差跟随理想输出,几乎没有超调,且能极大的平抑扰动,控制效果优异。
Functional fault of electro-hydraulic servo valve and load disturbance may happen when the electro-hydraulic servo system of gas turbine was used.The fuzzy PID adaptive synchronization signal compensation fault-tolerant control method was put forward.When the error between the system output and the ideal output exceeded the threshold,fuzzy PID controller wound compensate the input signals timely and correct the system output.A hydraulic cylinder system controlled by a two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve with force feedback from a double-nozzle baffle was taken as the research object for mathematical modeling.The control effect of the controller was verified by simulation under four typical fault states:insufficient output flow,excessive output flow,zero bias and sinusoidal load disturbance.The results show that the controlled system is fault-tolerant under four kinds of faults,the output follows the ideal output with very little error,almost no overshoot,and the disturbance can be greatly suppressed,and the control effect is good.
