党建引领公安基层疫情防控工作的理论逻辑与实践路径

党的十九大报告明确指出,要完善党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障的社会治理体制。党建引领公安基层疫情防控工作理论逻辑与实践探索,包括三个方面的内容:一是以理论为指导,明确党建引领在公安基层疫情防控工作中的核心作用与组织价值;二是从实际需要出发,分析公安基层疫情防控对于党建引领需求的主要内容;三是从实践路径探索,思考党建引领公安基层疫情防控的实现方式。

The report of the 19th National CPC Congress clearly points out that it is necessary to improve the comprehensive social governance system related with Party committee leadership,government responsibilities,social coordination,public participation and Legal guarantee.Ushered by the Party development,theoretical logic and practical methodology of epidemic prevention and control in Police First-line Units include three aspects:1.the core role and organizational value of CPC development ushering epidemic prevention and control in police first-line units;2.based on the actual needs,the main contents of epidemic prevention and control in police first-line units,ushered by Party development are analyzed;3.in exploring the practical methodology,the real methods of promoting the epidemic prevention and control in the police first-line units,ushered by the Party development,should be pondered over.
