公安院校犯罪现场勘查课程价值体系的构建:精神内核、专业思维及实践面向

高校课程思政建设需要将“思政”元素融专业知识于一体,这给公安院校犯罪现场勘查课程价值体系构建带来了内驱力。以习近平法治思想为指导,坚持立德树人、教书育人的宗旨,贯彻价值塑造、文化育人、能力培养的理念,犯罪现场勘查课程要将“法治”这一思政元素贯穿教学全过程,构建特色鲜明的集时代性、专业性、实践性于一体的的价值体系。在公安院校犯罪现场勘查课程价值体系的构建上,以公平正义的价值观、实事求是的科学观、工匠精神的专业观作为价值基座,夯实三种专业思维即证据意识、程序遵循意识、安全防护意识,特别是要重视团结协作、动手操作、归纳交流三种实践能力的培养。

The development of ideological and political course of college curriculum requires the integration of"ideological and political"elements with professional knowledge imbuement,which brings internal dynamic power to the formation of the value system of crime scene investigation courses in police academies.Guided by Xi Jinping’s law-governing thoughts,adhering to the principle of cultivating professionals in the terms of morality,culture and competency,CSI courses should include"law governance"as an ideological and political element in the whole process of teaching so as to build a distinctive value system that is composed of modernity,professionalism and practice.In the development of the value system of CSI curriculum in police academies,the values of fairness and justice,the scientific view of seeking truth from facts,and the professional view of craftsmanship spirits should be used as the value foundation,and three kinds of professional thinking should be consolidated,too,that is,awareness of evidence,procedure obedience,and safety protection.Especially the fosterage of three practical competences related with teamwork,hands-on operation,and inductive communication should be emphasized.
