Research on the Optimization Method of Deep Hole Machining Based on CAE Simulation

摘要 随着高端装备制造领域对深孔加工需求越来越多,深孔加工在难加工材料上的需求与精度要求大幅提高,现有研究难以满足加工精度与加工工艺评价需求。本文提出基于CAE仿真的深孔加工工艺优化方法,建立累积偏移量积分模型作为直线度评定仿真方法,并通过实验数据验证模型计算结果的准确性。以φ38.1 mm、深1050 mm的枪钻加工为例,建立钻削计算模型,得到钻削参数和刀具参数对钻削力、钻削温度的影响规律,进一步通过累积偏移量积分模型,得到不同钻削方案下的直线度。通过多目标优化模型得到较优的加工工艺参数:转速720 r/min、进给量0.03 mm/r、分三段钻削、4个支撑环均布、外角27°、内角20°。文中的研究工作为深孔加工工艺参数优化提供方法,对提高深孔加工质量具有重要意义。 With the increasing demand for deep hole machining in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing,the demand and precision requirements of deep hole machining on difficult to machine materials are greatly improved.The existing research is difficult to meet the requirements of machining accuracy and machining process evaluation.This paper proposes an deep hole machining process optimization method based on CAE simulation.The accumulative offset integral model is established as a simulation method for straightness evaluation,and the accuracy of the model calculation results is verified by experimental data.Taking 38.1 mm and 1050 mm gun drilling processing as an example,a drilling calculation model is established to obtain the influence rule of drilling parameters and tool parameters on drilling force and drilling temperature.Furthermore,the straightness under different drilling schemes is obtained by using the cumulative offset integral model.The better processing parameters were obtained through the multi-objective optimization model:rotation speed 720 r/min,feed rate 0.03 mm/r,drilling in three sections,uniform distribution of four support rings,external angle 27°and internal angle 20°.The research work in this paper provides a method for optimizing the processing parameters of deep hole,which is of great significance for improving the processing quality of deep hole.
