摘要
气动锤铆是飞机铆接装配的主要方式之一,主要工艺参数包括铆枪气压、击打次数和顶紧力。通过搭建气动锤铆试验台,通过设计单因素试验和正交试验,研究气动锤铆工艺参数对镦头尺寸、干涉量大小及其均匀性的影响规律,提出一种通过改变铆枪顶紧力而改善铝锂合金板材内部的铆接干涉量及其均匀性的方法,为实际生产中提高气动锤铆质量提供参考和依据。
Pneumatic percussive riveting is one of the aircraft riveting assembly methods.The pneumatic pressure,the number of impacts and the feed force are the main process parameters.In this paper,the effect of pneumatic percussive riveting process parameters on the driven head dimension and the interference for aluminum-lithium alloy sheets was investigated through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment carried out on the pneumatic percussive riveting test bench.A method to improve the interference and reduce its range by changing the feed force was proposed to improve the quality of pneumatic percussive riveting in practical production based on the test results.
