摘要
分析了节能空气压缩机对于供应链相关利益方统筹协同需求,基于核心需求,提出针对性强、应用性强的创新方案,建立基于空调压缩机供应链的产供销一体化网络化协同整体架构,倡导构建客户需求订单与产供销计划动态协同、制造执行与供应链协同、产供销一体化全流程可视化以及产供销一体化协同系统集成与互联互通。并使用节能空调压缩机供应链的产供销一体化网络作为案例进行进一步论述。
This paper analyzes the coordinated demand of energy-saving air compressors for the relevant stakeholders in the supply chain.Based on the core needs,it proposes innovative solutions with strong pertinence and strong applicability,and establishes an integrated networked collaborative overall architecture based on the supply chain of air-conditioning compressors.It advocates building dynamic coordination of customer demand orders and production,supply and marketing plans,manufacturing execution and supply chain coordination,full process visualization of integrated production,supply and marketing,and integration and interconnection of integrated production,supply and marketing collaborative systems.
