摘要
在母线生产过程中,需要在巴料的两端包缠绝缘胶带,目前该道工艺存在缠绕质量不稳定、生产效率低、安全性差等问题,为了解决这些问题,研制了一种多规格胶带缠绕机。首先介绍了缠胶工艺和总体设计方案,然后对主要机构进行了力学分析和优化设计,制作了样机并进行了现场试验,结果表明:设备的各项性能指标达到了企业提出的设计要求,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本。
In the process of busbar production,Electrical tapes need to be wrapped at both ends of the bus bars.At present,the process has some problems such as unstable winding quality,low production efficiency and poor safety,etc.In order to solve these problems,a multi-specification tape winding machine is developed.Firstly,the winding process and overall design scheme are introduced.Then,the mechanical analysis and optimal design of the main mechanism are carried out.The machine prototype is made and field tests are carried out.The results show that the performance indexes of the equipment meet the design requirements of the enterprise,improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
