摘要
顶封油井抽油过程中,抽油杆带动抽油泵上下往复运动,抽油泵上部的液柱载荷交替作用在抽油杆和油管上,使抽油杆、油管产生蠕动伸缩甚至使油管发生变形,油管变形会导致油管和抽油杆之间发生偏磨,管杆长时间偏磨容易造成顶封油井频繁躺井和作业、油井免修期降低和作业成本增加,严重影响了油井正常生产和经济效益,目前顶封井抽油管柱中配套油管补偿器以减缓管柱偏磨是顶封油井防偏磨工艺主要手段之一。针对现行油管补偿器工艺结构复杂、制作成本较高以及工艺上存在不满足作业现场清洁生产要求的现状,通过重新设计油管补偿器结构,增加油管补偿器泄油通道,研制出一种新型泄油式油管补偿器。这种补偿器具有结构简单、造价低廉等优点,同时解决现有技术中补偿器上部油液洒落地面造成环境污染的问题,满足了石油行业清洁生产要求。
In pumping of upper isolation wells,while the sucker rod works reciprocating motion with driving oil pump,the weight of liquid column above the oil pump alternately acts on sucker rod and oil pipe,and the sucker rod and tubing produce peristaltic expansion and even deform the tubing,resulting in eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing.Long-time eccentric wear of pipe and rod can easily lead to frequently forced shutting-in and operation of upper isolation oil well,decrease of oil well maintenance free period and increase of operation cost,which seriously affects the normal production of oil well and economic benefit.Now the matching tubing compensator slowing string eccentric wear in pumping tubing string is one of the main process techniques to mitigate eccentric wear in upper isolation wells.In view of complex structure,high production cost of the current tubing compensator,and which does not meet cleaning production requirements,the new oildrainage tubing compensator is developed by re-designing the structure of tubing compensator with adding drain oil channel.The new oil-drainage tubing compensator,with the advantages of simple structure and low production cost,and which solves environmental pollution problem caused by the upper liquid of compensator falling on the ground in the existing technology,meets the requirements of clean production in petroleum industry.
