摘要
文章以环氧氯丙烷、1,2-丙二胺为实验单体,以乙二胺为交联剂,研制了高效破乳剂。通过实验分析,确定了单体的最佳比例及最佳反应温度、反应时间。研究表明,当1,2-丙二胺质量浓度为12%,环氧氯丙烷质量浓度为8%,乙二胺质量浓度为0.4%,反应温度和反应时间分别为60℃和5h时,研制的破乳剂具有最佳的破乳除油效果。结合秦皇岛32-6油田产出水的水质情况,对高效破乳剂的加量及反应参数进行了优化。当高效破乳剂加量为150mg/L,反应时间为30min,静置时间为40min时,高效破乳剂能达到最佳的除油效果,处理后的生产水含油量小于20mg/L。该破乳剂在渤海油田海上平台得到了成功的应用。
High efficiency demulsifier is prepared with 1,2-propanediamine,epichlorohydrin as monomer and diethylamine as crosslinker.The optimum ratio of monomers,reaction temperature and reaction time were determined.The results show that when the mass concentration of 1,2-propanediamine is 12%,epichlorohydrin is 8%,diethylamine is 0.4%,reaction temperature is 60 ℃,reaction time is 5 h.The demulsifier has the best demulsification and oil removal effect.According to the water quality of production water in Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield,the dosage and reaction parameters of high efficiency demulsifier are optimized.The results show that when the dosage of high efficiency demulsifier is 150 mg/L,the reaction time is 30 min,and the standing time is 40 min,the best oil removal effect is achieved,and the oil content of the treated production water is less than 20 mg/L.The demulsifier has been successfully applied in offshore platform of Bohai oilfield.
