顶饰类全景天窗遮阳帘的硬挺整理工艺

Stiff finishing of sunshade fabrics

分析了采用硬挺剂在经编遮阳帘织物上的硬挺整理工艺。结果表明,经泡沫涂层硬挺整理后,经编遮阳帘织物的抗弯长度可达69.3 mm,弹性回复角可至111°,无折痕发白现象,气味4.5级,可以满足顶饰类全景天窗遮阳帘的使用要求。

The stiffening processes of warp knitted sunshade fabric with stiffening agent are analyzed.The results show that after stiffening foam coating,the stiffness of warp-knitted sunshade fabrics could reach 69.3 mm,the elastic recovery angle could reach 111 degrees with 4.5 degrees of smell and without white creases,which could meet the requirements of sunshade fabrics.
