A kind of wormwood fiber/cotton blended yarn Oxford yarn-dyed plaid fabric is designed and produced. The properties of wormwood fiber are briefly described. The product design contents such as product style,fabric specification and color matching of warp and weft yarn are introduced in detail. The main processes in production,such as yarn bleaching and dyeing,warping,sizing and weaving,are described in detail. Production practice shows that the weaving efficiency of grey fabric can reach 92%,the first-class weaving rate can reach87% and the first-class weaving rate can reach 99%. The products are tested by the third party and can fully meet the requirements of the customers.
