我国大学教学文化的价值冲突与转型路向 被引量:3

摘要 从文化建构的多元主体视角出发,大学教学文化大学管理者的“管文化”、大学教师的“教文化”和大学生的“学文化”组成,三者在大学教学互动交往过程中发生冲突。冲突由主要表现在:大学管理者追求大学排名的名次,导致大学教师“重科研、轻教学”的风气盛行;大学教学质量评价标准不够客观,导致大学教师对教学的热情程度不高;长期以来,教师在课堂上的教学模式以单向灌输为主导,导致学生在课堂上的参与度不高、学生学习的积极性和主动性不强;在大学管理过程中出现了管理与育人相脱节的现象。高校应该通过以下路径提升教学地位,完善大学教学质量评价体系;构建现代化教学模式,增强学生自主学习能力;完善大学教学制度,坚守教学文化本位,以此来解决大学教学文化的价值冲突。 From the perspective of multiple subjects of cultural construction,university culture includes"management culture"of university administrators,"teaching culture"of university teachers and"learning culture"of university students. The three are in conflict in the process of university teaching interaction. The conflicts are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the pursuit of university ranking by university administrators leading to the prevalence of university teachers’ emphasis on scientific research while neglect of teaching,the inadequate objective evaluation standard of university teaching quality leading to the low enthusiasm of university teachers for teaching,the low participation of students in classroom activities and the weak enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning due to the long-term single indoctrination-dominated teaching mode of teachers at class,and the phenomenon of disconnection between management and education in the process of university management.Universities should solve the value conflict of university teaching culture by enhancing the teaching status,improving the evaluation system of university teaching quality,constructing modern teaching mode,strengthening students’ autonomous learning ability,perfecting the university teaching system and adhering to the teaching culture standard.
