摘要
玻璃瓶作为传统安全的白酒包装容器,一直被国内众多酒企采用。随着人们对产品质量的重视,酒瓶和白酒生产企业也开始重新关注起酒瓶内壁挂珠现象。本文采用温度冲击、气相色谱-质谱联用、电镜扫描等测试手段,分析环境温度差、表面有机污染物及表面缺陷对酒瓶内壁挂珠的影响。研究结果为玻璃酒瓶生产企业准确把控自身产品质量提供重要参考。
As the traditional and safe container for Baijiu packaging,glass bottle has been adopted by many domestic distilleries.With people attaching more and more importance to product quality,distilleries and bottle manufacturers begin to refocus on the phenomenon of liquid drops hanging on the inside wall of the glass bottle.In this study,we adopted thermal shock,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to analyze the influence of environment temperature difference,surface organic pollutants,and surface defects on the phenomenon of liquid drops hanging on the inside wall of the glass bottle.The research results have important referential significance for product quality control of glass bottle manufacturers.
