超高效液相色谱法测定酱香型白酒高温大曲中的乳酸含量

Determination of Lactic Acid Content in Jiangxiang High-Temperature Daqu by UPLC

建立了超高效液相色谱法快速、准确地检测酱香型高温大曲中的乳酸含量。在20~800 mg/L浓度范围内,乳酸具有较好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.9997,检出限为4.05μg/kg,样品平均加标回收率为93.4%~97.2%。该方法前处理简单,分析时间短,可用于酱香型高温大曲中乳酸含量的检测。

An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method was developed for the rapid and accurate determination of lactic acid content in Jiangxiang high-temperature Daqu.Lactic acid had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 20 mg/L to 800 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9997.The detection limit was 4.05μg/kg,and the average spiked recovery rate was 93.4%to 97.2%.The method is simple in pretreatment and short in run time,and can be used for the determination of lactic acid content in Jiangxiang high-temperature Daqu.
