摘要
以不同年份窖泥为研究对象,对比分析了pH值、含水量、保水性、颗粒组成等理化指标。结果表明,这些指标在不同年份窖泥中呈现出一定的规律性,为生产实践提供了理论依据。
The physicochemical indexes of pit mud of different ages,including pH,water content,water retention and particle composition,were compared and analyzed.The results showed certain regularity,which provided theoretical basis for production practice.
