摘要
深井软岩巷道底臌治理一直是煤矿开采及其他地下工程的难题。文章以张集矿北-1煤轨道大巷为工程背景,开展高应力巷道软弱底板底臌控制研究。首先采用FLAC3D软件模拟优选底板全长预应力锚索+深浅孔注浆联合支护底板控制方案,采用高性能注浆设备和底板锚索钻机优化工艺解决巷道围岩注浆加固和全长预应力底板锚索深孔难以施工的技术难题。通过巷道围岩变形监测变形该支护技术充分发挥了锚索支护的主动性和整体效能,实现一次加固支护有效控制围岩变形,避免了巷道的返修和二次支护,为软岩围岩破碎巷道防治底臌提供新方法,给矿井高效安全生产提供可靠技术手段。
Floor heave management of deep soft rock roadways has always been a difficult problem in coal mining and other underground projects. Based on the engineering background of No.1 coal track roadway in Zhangji Mine, we studied the control of soft floor heave in high stress roadway. Firstly, FLAC3 D software was used to optimize the floor control scheme of full-length prestressed anchor cable and deep/shallow hole grouting combined support. High-performance grouting equipment and floor anchor rig optimization technology were used to solve the technical problems of grouting reinforcement of roadway surrounding rock and difficult construction of full-length prestressed anchor cable deep hole. Through the deformation monitoring of roadway surrounding rock, the supporting technology gave full play to the initiative and overall efficiency of anchor cable support, realized the effective control of surrounding rock deformation by primary reinforcement support, and avoided the repair and secondary support of roadway. In addition, it gave a new method for preventing floor heave in broken roadway of soft rock surrounding rock, and provided reliable technical means for efficient and safe production of mine.
